Help centre / Nib / Offline licensing
Open a download we shared with you
When we set you up to run Nib or Loupe offline, we send you a link to your download and, in a separate message, an access code. The link works for seven days.
-
Open the link
Open the link from our email. The page says who the download is for and the day the link stops working.
-
Enter the access code
Type the code from our other message, for example ABCD-EFGH, and press Continue. Capitals and the dash don’t matter.
-
Download what you need
Pick your computer’s platform if you’re asked, then press Download. Your licence is already inside each download as licence.lic, and README.txt takes you through the rest.
If something goes wrong
The page says the link has locked. The code was entered wrongly five times. Write to us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a new link and code.
The link no longer works. It has passed its seven days, or we stopped it. Ask us for a new one at [email protected].
Still stuck? Write to [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
