A signature still says yes to a delivery, a form or a mandate. Checking it should be fair, explained and simple.
Signatures still sit at the centre of how things get done. A parcel is handed over, a form is filed, a mandate is set up, an application goes in. Each time, a signature says yes.
Yet most organisations still check them by eye, or with expensive, brittle tools that hand back a score and no reasons. Nobody can say why a signature passed, or why it didn’t.
I wanted verification that compares a signature with the person’s own signatures, explains every verdict in plain words, and sends anything unclear to a person instead of guessing.
It should never train on customer data. It should be priced simply, per check, with nothing hidden. I couldn’t find that, so I started building it.
Unforged is built independently in the UK. Every verdict it gives should be one you could explain to the person who signed.
