Download the signed document and its certificate

Updated · 1 minute to read Download as PDF

Once everyone has signed, each document gets a signed copy, and the package gets a certificate of signing that sets out who signed, when, where and how.

  1. Open the signed package

In Packages, pick Signed from the status dropdown to find it quickly, then select its name.

  2. Download each signed copy

Under Documents, select Signed copy next to a document. It opens in a new tab, where you can save or print it.

  3. Download the certificate

At the bottom of Documents, select Certificate of signing. Keep it with the signed copies, as it’s your record of how each person signed.

What your signers get

When the last person signs, we email everyone who signed a link to get their own copy, so you don’t need to send it on yourself.

Checking a copy later

If someone sends you a signed copy or certificate and you want to be sure it hasn’t been altered since, select Check a signed copy on the Packages page and add the PDF. We’ll tell you which package it belongs to and whether anything in it has changed.

If something goes wrong

The package says Signed but there’s no Signed copy link yet. The copies take a minute or two to prepare after the last signature. Reload the page shortly and they’ll be there. If they still aren’t after ten minutes, write to [email protected].

Still stuck? Write to [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
