SigReview

When their signature looked different from the ones we hold, the review someone in your organisation does of it.

Fields

item_id required Type: string
The item to review in Desk.
status required Type: "waiting" "done"
outcome optional Type: string null
The outcome the reviewer chose, once done.
accepted optional Type: boolean null
Whether the reviewer accepted the signature, once done; null when the outcome does neither.
decided_at optional Type: string null
decided_by optional Type: string null
