When a client’s bank details change, nobody pays out until someone else has called them.

  1. 1 The client sends new details Through their own link, never by email.
  2. 2 They stay hidden Shown only with a reason, and every look is kept.
  3. 3 A second person calls On the number you already hold, not the one just given.
  4. 4 Confirmed Now the case can pay out, with who called on record.

The day to day

Forms come back checked, clients get chased and nothing runs past its date.

  • Signed forms checked against the client

Discharge forms, loan agreements and declarations are compared with the signatures you hold for that client before anything is paid.

  • Requests with a date

Ask a client, a lender or a provider for something by a date. Chase with one click, and see what every case is waiting on.

  • Time limits, counted down

Each kind of case carries its own clock from the day it arrives, and cases near the end rise to the top of the queue.

  • One record for each client

Households, businesses and their directors, joint members and guarantors, with every case they’ve had and the checks your team recorded.

What financial firms ask us

What does Financial Desk do for a financial adviser?

It runs each piece of client work as a case, from pension transfer advice to ongoing reviews, with the stages, checklists, time limits and second sign-off you set, and keeps the documents and the record of what was done on the case.

Can a mortgage broker use it as a CRM?

Yes. Each client has one record with their household, their cases and what they’ve sent you, and every remortgage, purchase or product transfer moves through your own stages.

Does Desk replace our administration or banking system?

No. Desk holds the case, its documents and the record of what was done. Balances, contributions and payments stay in the system that runs them today.

Can we call them members instead of clients?

Yes. Desk uses your words throughout: members, customers or clients, cases or applications.

How are signed forms checked?

When a signed form comes back, each signature is compared with the ones you hold for that person, and the result sits on the case before anything is paid.

What does Financial Desk cost?

£39 a person a month, month to month with no lock-in. Signature checks are charged as they are on their own.
