Loupe / Offline
Loupe offline: Check documents without them ever leaving your network.
In short Loupe also comes as a program you run on your own Linux servers with no internet connection at all. It makes the same checks and gives exactly the same results as Loupe in our cloud. It’s licensed for a term we agree with you.
Who it’s for
For teams whose documents can’t go to anyone else’s cloud, however careful that cloud is.
Public bodies
Checking evidence for claims, grants and tax affairs on networks that aren’t connected to the internet.
Banks and lenders
Where policy says customer documents stay inside your own data centre.
Investigators
Running a seized or disclosed bundle through Loupe on a standalone machine.
What it does
Everything Loupe does in our cloud
- Checks PDFs, scans, phone photos, TIFFs, Word and Excel files, emails and whole ZIP packs
- Works through the figures, the type, the pages and each file’s history
- Gives the same results and reasons as the cloud, character for character
- Prints its answer as JSON, ready for your own case system
- Comes in the same package as Nib, so one licence can cover both
What you receive
One package, checked before you run it
- The unforged-loupe program, for Linux on x86-64 or Arm64
- A licence for the term we agree, which never needs to reach us
- Checksums, so you can confirm the files are the ones we sent
Before you ask
Does it need an internet connection?
No, never. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, so it works on an air-gapped network.
Will its results match the cloud version?
Yes. Run the same document through both and you get the same result, with the same reasons, every time.
How is it priced?
It’s licensed for a term we agree. Tell us roughly how many documents you check and where it will run, and we’ll come back with a price.
Can we try it first?
Yes. We’ll send a trial licence, so you can run it on your own documents before you decide.
