## The evidence you rely on, and what gets changed

- **Income evidence** (earnings made lower, or higher): Payslips that don't add up, or a statement with a page from another month.
- **Invoices** (costs that weren't incurred): An invoice made from a template with the figures swapped and the file history to show it.
- **Letters** (a letter that was never sent): A signature pasted in, or a letterhead lifted from a real one.

## Caseworkers decide, with the evidence in front of them

Loupe never refuses anyone. It tells a caseworker what it saw and where, and their decision is recorded with the reason, ready for review or appeal.
